If you answered yes to two or less, then you have some bad habits, but your overall opinion of yourself is not in question.

If you answered yes to three or more, then you need to work on improving your self esteem, because at this point it may be negatively impacting the quality of your life.

This self esteem quiz is meant to help you identify how you feel about yourself by asking questions that may be a bit uncomfortable to answer honestly.

Don't lie to yourself. Answering yes to the majority of these questions doesn't make you a bad person. It does mean that this is an area that needs to be addressed.

Why is it really so important? There is more danger with low self esteem than just feeling bad about yourself. When you allow yourself to feel or think negatively, you are inviting negativity into your life.

Self Esteem Test

If you’re feeling good about yourself, you will not tolerate people treating you badly. If you’re feeling bad about yourself, you will let people take advantage of you.

Self improvement is hard and requires that you change your habits. Gossiping is believed to be harmless, but it really is harmful. Words have a lot of power, so choose your words about others and about yourself carefully. Begin by using the power of positive affirmations and notice how much better you’ll feel and how much better things will start to turn around.
